Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age at the time of ordering. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor. Purchasers must also be in the province of Ontario to order tickets.

 

IP addresses outside of Ontario will be blocked from accessing the order page. If you are physically in Ontario but have difficulties accessing the order page, please contact us by phone at 1-844-512-1044.

 

The following persons are prohibited from purchasing Heart & Stroke Lottery tickets or obtaining benefit from the prize offering: Heart & Stroke Foundation staff and Board of Directors; partners and employees of Miratel Solution Inc. and its affiliates; employees of registered gaming suppliers for this lottery; and members of the same household of each of the above.

Classic Lottery tickets are $100 each, a 3-pack for $250 and a 5-pack for $375.

 

50/50 Lottery tickets are a 5-pack for $25, a 15-pack for $50 and a 25-pack for $75.

 

July Money Lottery tickets are a 4-pack for $20, a 12-pack for $50, a 20-pack for $75 and a 35-pack for $125.

For the Classic Lottery, there are 83,000 tickets available for purchase. An additional 4,150 Classic Lottery tickets will be awarded as prizes as part of the VIP Draw. Therefore, there are a total of 87,150 Classic Lottery tickets.

 

For the 50/50 Lottery, there is an unlimited number of 50/50 tickets available for purchase. For the July Money Lottery, there are 450,000 tickets available for purchase. 

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express for tickets purchased online or over the phone. For orders through mail, we accept Cheques, Money Orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and VISA Debit Card as valid methods of payment. Please note that only one form of payment is allowed for each order.

If you purchase online, your official ticket will be emailed to you upon successful completion of the order (same day). If you have not received the ticket, please check your Junk or Spam folder.  You have the options to download the ticket from the confirmation email or through your personal order status page. Purchases made by phone or mail without providing an email address will receive physical tickets delivered to the mailing address (please allow a minimum of 14 days for receipt of physical ticket(s)).

Up to three names may be recorded on the ticket. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor.

There is no requirement to order a Classic Lottery ticket in order to participate in the 50/50 or July Money Lottery. You may order your 50/50 or July Money Lottery tickets on their own anytime prior to the final deadline of 11:59 p.m. on June 19, 2026, while supplies last.

Only tickets that have been paid for and/or have been verified as paid for by the respective sales deadlines are eligible to be entered for the respective draws.

Up to three names can be included on a lottery ticket. Prizes will be awarded to the Purchaser named on the official ticket. It is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser to track distribution of ticket number(s) and allocate any winnings.

Yes, participants do not need their ticket(s) in hand to be included in the respective draw(s).

Yes, lottery tickets make the perfect gift! Please note that the Foundation is only responsible for communicating with the ticket Purchaser. Prizes will be awarded to the Purchaser named on the official ticket.

 

It is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser to track distribution of ticket number(s) and allocate any winnings.

Lottery tickets are non-tax deductible in accordance with Canada Customs and Revenue Agency policies. You may make a donation in addition to your ticket(s) request and receive a tax receipt for the donation portion of your order if your donation exceeds a minimum of $20.

Classic Lottery: The odds of winning any prize in the Heart & Stroke Lottery are approximately 1 to 2. There are 35,717 prizes available.

 

50/50 Lottery: The odds of winning the 50/50 Lottery are dependent on the number of 50/50 Lottery tickets sold. There are an unlimited amount of 50/50 Lottery tickets available for purchase.

 

July Money Lottery: The odds of winning the July Money Lottery are dependent on the number of July Money tickets sold. There are 450,000 tickets available for purchase and 3,131 prizes available.

Bonus prizes are prizes awarded through bonus draws at specific times throughout the lottery campaign. Only tickets purchased by the certain bonus deadline(s) are eligible to enter the bonus draw(s). There are three (3) bonus deadlines in the Classic Lottery, and tickets purchased before the earlier deadlines are automatically entered into all upcoming bonus draws, therefore the earlier you buy, the more chances you have to win prizes.

 

Below are the bonus prizes: 

 

Loyalty Prizes: There is one (1) Loyalty prize to be awarded, consisting of a prize of $50,000 cash.

 

VIP Bonus Prizes: There are 4,152 VIP prizes to be awarded. Two (2) vacation cash prizes each consisting of $15,000 cash, 4,150 prizes of one (1) free $100 Classic Lottery ticket. 

 

Early Bird prize: There is one (1) Genesis GV80 3.5T Advanced Tech AWD OR Cash Out value of $80,000

There are two (2) vacation prizes each awarded as a $12,000 travel voucher OR Cash Out value of $10,000. 1,059 electronic and merchandise prizes, and 30,497 prizes of $20 gift cards (winners must choose between the 7 retailers available: Best Buy, Petro Canada, Winners, President’s Choice, Home Hardware, Cineplex, and Esso).

The jackpot amount accumulates as more tickets are sold. The winner of the 50/50 Lottery will receive 50% (half) of the total accumulated jackpot. There is a minimum guaranteed payout of $500,000 and there is no limit to how big the jackpot can grow.  Last year in Winter 2026 50/50 Lottery, the jackpot sum grew to over $2 million, and the winner took home over $1 million. Daily Cash Prizes: There are a total of 31 cash prizes of $10,000 each to be awarded at a rate of one per day from July 1, 2026, to July 31, 2026.

 

Daily Gift Cards: There are a total of 3,100 $50 Gift Cards to be awarded at a rate of 100 per day from July 1, 2026, to July 31, 2026. Winners must choose between the retailers available: Best Buy, Petro Canada, Winners, President’s Choice, Home Hardware, Cineplex, and Esso.

Lottery winnings are considered a windfall and are not taxable in Canada.

All prizes for the Heart & Stroke Lottery are purchased or funded by the Foundation. 

All draws are conducted at the Heart & Stroke Toronto Office located at 2300 Yonge St, Suite 1200, Toronto, ON, M4P 1E4. For sales deadline, draw dates, and winner announcement dates please visit https://www.heartandstrokelottery.ca/key-dates.

Winning tickets will be drawn using Random Number Generator (RNG) software, and winning tickets will be eligible for subsequent draws. All draws are conducted at the Heart & Stroke Toronto Office located at 2300 Yonge St, Suite 1200, Toronto, ON, M4P 1E4.

If all tickets for the Classic Lottery are sold before the Early Bird Deadline (11:59 p.m. on June 12, 2026), draws for all remaining prizes will be made on June 25, 2026, at approx. 10:00 a.m. The first draw will be for the Early Bird Prize; followed by the Gift Cards, electronic and small prizes, 2 Travel Vouchers, and 5 Grand Prizes 

 

50/50 and July Money tickets will remain available until the Final Deadline, 11:59 p.m. on June 19, 2026, or while supplies last. The final draws will take place on June 30, 2026.

Yes, after each winning ticket number is drawn and recorded, it is then returned to the pot and is eligible for all subsequent draws.

You may check your tickets after each draw date on https://order.heartandstrokelottery.ca/winners to see if you are a winner. All winners (in each case, the Purchaser named on the drawn ticket) will be notified in writing by email or mail with details on how to claim their prizes. Major prize winners ($5,000 and greater in prize value) may also be contacted by phone.

 

A complete winners list for the Classic Lottery and 50/50 Lottery will be available at https://order.heartandstrokelottery.ca/winners on July 2, 2026.. A complete winners list for the July Money Lottery will be available at https://order.heartandstrokelottery.ca/winners on August 1, 2026.

Prizes will be awarded to the Purchaser named on the official ticket. A copy of a government-issued photo ID may be required to claim the Prize.

 

By claiming a prize, the winner (i.e., successful purchaser) consents to the use of their likeness (photograph, if available), first and last name, ticket number, city or town of residence, video recording (when available only) and transcription/recording of the winner notification phone call to be used for any publicity purposes by the Foundation.

 

Physical prizes will be shipped free of charge to the address provided on the prize winners’ ticket. Please allow a minimum of 6 weeks for delivery of prize from the draw date. Delivery time for vehicles may be longer. Vehicle winners are responsible for licensing and insuring the vehicle from the time of ownership. Winners will be required to sign a full & final waiver and release prior to the transfer of the prize and may be required to sign a full & final waiver and release of the prize supplier.

 

All cash prizes are paid by cheque or electronic funds transfer in Canadian funds. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to allocate the prize if necessary. Your Choice Gift Card(s) can be redeemed online or by phone following instructions included in your winner notification email or letter. Please read the Rules & Regulations page for full details.

 

If you received neither a winner’s notification letter nor an email on how to claim your prize, please contact Customer Service by calling 1-844-512-1044 or by emailing lottery@heartandstroke.ca. As a reminder, you have a maximum of 6 months to redeem your prize(s) from the date it was issued.

Yes. In accordance with the AGCO regulations, all winners’ information, including ticket numbers, winners’ names, and cities, must be collected in a list and posted on the lottery website.

Yes, you may take the cash out option for prizes that indicate cash-out value. Please refer to the rules and regulations on the website for a full list of cash-out values.

Unfortunately, no. Winners must choose between the 7 retailers available: Best Buy, Petro Canada, Winners, President’s Choice, Home Hardware, Cineplex, Esso, or choose the donate back option to donate your gift card(s) back to Heart & Stroke.

Your Choice Gift Card(s): If you wish to donate your gift card(s) back to Heart & Stroke, please follow the process for gift card redemption and select the donate back option. A tax receipt will be emailed to you for donations of $20 and over, once the donation is processed.

Prize(s) must be claimed no later than six months after the final draw date.

Unclaimed prizes will be reported and a charitable allocation to the Foundation will be approved by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).

Yes. Funds raised from all Heart and Stroke Lotteries executed in Ontario will continue to be used to fund research and health promotion that benefits Ontario residents.

1) The Heart & Stroke Lottery does not require winners to make any payment to claim their prize. If you receive such a request, please contact our customer service department at 1-844-512-1044.    

 

2) Keep track of contests, draws and lotteries you enter.

 

3) Challenge a caller who says you've won a prize to tell you where and when you entered.

 

4) Remember: there are no prize fees or taxes in Canada.

 

5) Look for email communications from a domain registered to the organization (@heartandstroke.ca). Communications will not be sent from a general domain such as Yahoo, Gmail, etc.

 

6) Look for the organization’s letterhead on any communications received by mail.

 

7) Ensure the mailing address from any mail communications aligns with the mailing address listed on heartandstroke.ca.

 

8) Look for proper spelling/grammar in written communications.
